- 1 copy A4 sized of Identity Card / passport
- 1 copy of valid driving license, back and front side.
- 1 company Business card or copy of pass card or student ID card or
- 1 copy of utility bill (eg. ASTRO, TM, TNB)
- Security Deposit (Refundable)
Terms & Conditions
1. Rates quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and subject to change without prior notice.
2. The minimum rental charge is one day (24 hours period).
3. The customer is reminded that underbody and overhead damage is at the their own risk at all time. All insurance is void if vehicles are driven on unsealed and unmade roads or surfaces.
7. All parking fees or traffic fines incurred during the rental period will be the responsibility by the customer. Additional RM50 will be charge to the customer for every summons paid by Mirfan Rent a Car.
8. In addition to the rent charges, the customer is required to have a cash deposit and an equivalent as a guarantee of proper usage of the vehicle for the entire duration of the contract, sum which will be reimbursed if no damage is notified on its delivery.
9. For a long term rental, the customer is responsible to return the vehicle for servicing and maintenance every 5,000km, any damage to the vehicle due to late maintenance will be responsibility of the customer.
10. The customer is responsible to pay monthly rental beginning on the date of delivery vehicles and thereafter on or before the date of the same generic each succeeding month. We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement if the customer fails to make payment at the time specified.

Booking Confirmations and Cancellation Policy
- Bookings can be made via contacting the number above via voice, sms or whatsapp stating the customer's name, address, date of rent and duration.
- Any subsequent changes made to a booking shall be notified via message to the above number at least 24 hours from the rental date.
- The cancellation of a booking shall be notified via message to the above number at least 24 hours from the rental date.
- If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all money paid will be non-refundable.
Delivery to KLIA, LCCT, Cyberjaya, Putra Jaya, Bangi, Shah Alam.
1. Within 20km - No charge
2. Within 20km - 50km : RM30
3. Beyond 50km : RM30 + 0.50/km
